NOTE: Due to Banff/Canmore being an international tourist destination hosting over a million of tourists each year and summer being most popular time to visit, please BOOK AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE to ensure that accommodation for your specific needs is available. NOTE: All Banff accommodations are 3 min to 15 min walking distance to Conference Location. Canmore is a sister city to Banff, all Canmore accommodations are 17 km away from Conference Location and thus require either a rental car (15-20 min scenic drive to the venue) or taking a public shuttle bus (20 min ride, every 30 min between Banff and Canmore).
Booking accommodation in Banff/Canmore is very easy. You can book by following methods: ONLINE, EMAIL and OVER PHONE with hotels holding limited room blocks for ICCSA delegates. Please note that varied room block booking cut-off dates.
